Business and Life Coaching

A business grows when its people grow. The situations we face in business, we face as people, not legal entities.

The founding members of IEANSA understand that the biggest reason for setting up your own business is the freedom it offers. The trouble is, it can so often have the opposite effect, with you being a slave to your business and having little time (or money) for anything else.

This is why we wanted to place business and life coaching at the heart of the network – to ensure a successful business also means a successful life.

What is missing from a lot of business coaching, especially from coaches who have never run a small business, is how deeply our personal life and development affects our business. Our coaching and mentoring programmes is based on the premise that a business grows when its people grow.

The programmes include topics which mix practical business help with essential personal skills, such as goal-setting, emotional intelligence and leadership.

When you join as an Associate Member you will get monthly coaching calls where our coaches and experts will answer your questions and give feedback on ideas and strategies, and where you will have the chance to interact with fellow members. This is in addition to our always open online networking platform, which uses same information sharing technology as is being rolled out in our own real estate agencies to help run our businesses.

As a member of the Inner Circle, you will be invited to join a small group of no more than 10 fellow members who will meet once a week to receive even more personalised help and feedback and closer dialogue for problem solving and collaboration opportunities. The calls are also an opportunity to have trusted accountability partners to ensure you complete the actions you commit to and thus improve your chances of success. You will also get a monthly 1-to-1 call with a mentor to further enhance accountability and alleviate any feeling of loneliness so common among small business owners.

* Decision coach is a term used in Jeffrey Lipsius’ seminal work Selling to the Point, based on and endorsed by the famous Inner Game method by Timothy Gallwey, in which he affirms that “the point of selling isn’t selling. The point of selling is buying.” This seems obvious when put like that but is a radical departure from traditional sales. We believe that everyone should be able to make the best buying decision for them and our job is to help them do that.
