The Independent Estate Agency Network of South Africa (IEANSA) was established to promote the growth and development of small to medium real estate businesses nationwide.

IEANSA is a totally independent, self-funding, registered non-profit organization owned, operated and managed by its members. At a meeting in March of 2021 by 12 independent real estate agencies with a collective vision of creating an organized networking opportunity for independent real estate agencies in South Africa, IEANSA, was born.

The organization brings together experienced business mentors and coaches, researchers, policy-makers and practitioners from around the world to share knowledge and expertise in their respective fields through mentorship programs, coaching seminars/workshops, training sessions and certifications.
